I have been performing since the tender age of nine and started writing
songs at the age of 10. I joined my first band at 16 (Buntline Special)
playing on the country and club circuit, we were a very successful group.
This gave me an invaluable insight of the music business and a good
following.

Eight years later I met a great guitarist, Tony Morley, from Manfred
Mann's Earth Band. Together we formed a duo, Trader Bay. We
recorded our first album "In The Beginning", toured and supported acts
worldwide. These acts included Chip Taylor, Karen Lynne, Sally Barris,
Kevin Montgomery and Al Perkins amongst others.

Trader Bay successfully toured Nashville, playing at the famous Bluebird
Cafe. It was whilst playing at the Bluebird Cafe that I met some of the finest singer/songwriters in the business.

In August 2000 I helped stage a Charity Concert at Maidstone Prison, one
of the biggest prison concerts of all time. Four months of rehearsing with
prisoners and 24 musicians in all. Heading the show was Glen Tillbrook
from Squeeze.

When I met Ocean West in early 2005 we immediately gelled and
caused a stir with our fine playing and three part harmonies.

I'm told I have a beautiful voice, a cross between Emmylou Harris and
Alison Krauss with a touch of Bonnie Raitt.

I have 4 children and am currently studying for a degree in music.
